What you will do
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders and lead product demonstrations.
- Lead discovery to understand prospects' ML stacks and collaborate with Sales to create compelling value propositions.
- Handle technical objections and develop strategies to unblock deals across sales, engineering, and product teams.
- Write educational blog posts on MLOps topics and create enablement materials.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States and work remotely in PST or MST time zones
- English: B2 level or higher
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical account management, or consulting.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, HuggingFace, fastai.
- Technical proficiency in Python and Linux/Unix.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth AI organizations or prior engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana.
