Qa Engineer

TL;DR

Qa Engineer (Automation): Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for Payroll and HR software with an accent on end-to-end test strategies and integration testing. Focus on designing robust test automation, collaborating with developers, and improving QA processes.

Location: Must be living and working in the Netherlands, hybrid work format with office near Sloterdijk train station in Amsterdam.

Salary: €51,000–€69,000 gross annual including holiday allowance depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate testing during feature development.
• Create and execute test plans for complex system integrations.
• Identify and track software defects through resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with no relocation sponsorship available.
• 3+ years experience as a Quality Assurance engineer.
• Strong programming skills in .NET and C#.
• Experience with automated test frameworks (Selenium or Playwright).
• Excellent command of English in spoken and written form.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing integration.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of API testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
