What you will do

• Ensure branding guidelines are consistently implemented across communication tools and support distribution units worldwide.
• Update and maintain graphic assets on the hirify.global Asset Library.
• Create and adapt marketing and communication materials for digital and print platforms, including newsletters, social media, and websites.
• Transform creative concepts into diverse media formats (digital, print, motion animation) for global campaigns.
• Design communication materials for retail environments (POS tools) and branded materials for global and local events.
• Create attention-grabbing promotional items for B2B and B2C markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Perfect mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid knowledge of the graphic chain process for both print and digital assets.
• Strong 3D design skills.
• Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, including AI-driven design services.
• Excellent organizational skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice to have

• Expertise in video editing, motion design, or photography.
