What you will do

• Own and scale editorial strategy across blog, thought leadership, SEO/GEO, and campaign content
• Manage global PR agency coordination and brand messaging across markets
• Lead content format evolution including video, podcasts, whitepapers, and data studies
• Define and maintain brand guidelines and voice consistency
• Lead and develop a remote team of communication, content, design, and web specialists
• Optimize team processes using AI and tools

Requirements

• Must be based in an EU country
• 5+ years experience in content, communications, or editorial roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or martech
• Strong editorial instincts and strategic thinking to translate business strategy into narratives
• Experience leading remote teams in matrix environments
• Fluent in building integrated communication plans across channels
• Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and identity management

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of influencer marketing and media landscape
• French, Spanish, or German language skills
• SEO and GEO knowledge
