What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
• Collaborate with a sales team to assist in business origination and understand client needs.
• Position hirify.global’s banking solutions against competitors.
• Deliver on specific KPIs, including revenue generation, churn reduction, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and presentations.
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.

Requirements

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in an established FX institution, commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills and negotiation ability.
• Sophisticated technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
• Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English.
