What you will do
- Lead growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, and new platforms.
- Control budgets and forecast spend to optimise CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns including acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate high-performing ads.
- Analyse performance to inform strategy, allocation, and channel mix.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling paid channels in ecommerce or DTC.
- Hands-on skills with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Commercial mindset and confidence managing large monthly budgets.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics and attribution tools.
- Fast learner who thrives in data-led, high-growth environments.
