What you will do

  • Manage and grow multiple client relationships ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication of campaign performance.
  • Serve as liaison between clients and Ad Operations team throughout campaign lifecycle.
  • Review and deliver detailed reporting with attention to detail.
  • Anticipate and address client needs proactively.
  • Effectively multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client success and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years experience in Advertising/Marketing industry.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle varied workload and occasional time pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Hiring process

  • Screening interview (45 minutes) with recruiter.
  • Test assignment (3 days) to evaluate technical skills.
  • Team interview (up to 45 minutes) with potential Team Lead.
  • Interview with VP of Client Service (30 minutes) focusing on client relationship approach and leadership experience.
