What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.
• Lead discussions with clients on data integration, system architecture, and ERP connectivity.
• Understand client data structures and business processes to provide technical and functional guidance.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating and overseeing solution implementation.
• Manage acceptance testing (UAT) and support client trainings.

Requirements

• Fluent French and good English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in project and process management, ideally in a professional services or technology environment.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Techno-functional background, including understanding of data structures, integrations, and ERP systems.
• Ability to define project scope and manage end-to-end implementations.
• Professional maturity and independence in handling complex, diverse responsibilities.
