What you will do

• Develop data cleansing solutions using CRM platforms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze data and create visualizations to highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
• Deliver reports and analytics that provide insights for client-facing and business management teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to define target data structures and manage transitions.
• Collaborate with Change and Technology teams to implement data governance processes.
• Monitor data discipline and ensure visibility of data quality across teams.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and insight generation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with client-facing colleagues and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of investment concepts and distribution functions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
