What you will do

• Script, film, and edit high-quality social-first video for hirify.global Sport’s social media channels.
• Manage social media content and strategy.
• Create visually compelling narratives and engaging social-only content.
• Produce engaging YouTube video segments around current sporting topics.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of reporters and colleagues across the newsroom.

Requirements

• Proficiency in social video editing, including Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Skilled in social media management and strategy.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards managing equipment and resources.
• Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global Sport brand.
• Understanding of issues related to sports rights, licensing and law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects.
