Location: Hybrid work in Lund, Sweden with on-site presence at least three days a week

What you will do

• Develop backend services primarily in Java for the Elevate Insights Reports platform.
• Shape technical direction and architecture from the ground up for a large-scale analytics system.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive project progress.
• Contribute to system design, infrastructure, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Ensure best practices in software development and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the EU without limitations.
• Based in or able to work hybrid in Lund, Sweden.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong backend development skills in Java and experience with large distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building reports, scalable storage, and analytics/insights tooling.
