Solution Architect

TL;DR

Solution Architect: Developing and delivering comprehensive architectural documentation for infrastructure domain services with an accent on Azure Entra ID cloud integration and DDI services. Focus on creating HLD and SDD documents, providing technical consultation, and designing integrations between on-premises and cloud environments.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000–1200 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and detailed Solution Design Document (SDD) for infrastructure services.
• Provide technical consultation and architectural guidance, focusing on Azure Entra ID cloud integration and DDI services.
• Perform gap analysis and produce architectural decision records.
• Map technical requirements to ensure compliance with BCCM, DORA, and audit frameworks.
• Design integrations between on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, especially Azure Entra ID.
• Support stakeholder management and technical communication between specialists and the Platform Owner.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with IT Architecture, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Deep technical expertise in Azure Entra ID architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Solid expertise in DNS and DHCP Enterprise architecture and configuration.
• Proven experience creating HLD and SDD documentation that meets enterprise architectural standards.
• Strong understanding of identity management principles and Microsoft identity solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure service integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience working within regulated environments with compliance requirements.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft PKI infrastructure design and implementation.
• Previous experience working in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Understanding of BCCM and DORA regulatory frameworks.
• Background in technical leadership roles guiding implementation teams.
