What you will do

• Guide customers through setup and implementation of hirify.global CPQ ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops online and on-site covering configuration and workflow management.
• Act as primary contact during implementation, providing ongoing guidance and best practices.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and hands-on support to minimize disruptions.
• Identify risks early and collaborate to resolve technical or process challenges.
• Facilitate recurring meetings to track progress and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Drachten, Netherlands
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Strong affinity for technology and experience with MS Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
