What you will do
- Prepare decision documents, meeting agendas, and background materials for leadership discussions
- Collect, structure, and synthesize input from teams to support strategic and operational choices
- Outline scenarios, risks, and dependencies to improve decision-making quality
- Document decisions, agreements, and next steps and ensure visible follow-up
- Track progress of key initiatives and signal delays, risks, or misalignment early
- Support preparation of board materials, investor updates, and strategic briefings
- Maintain clear leadership processes, planning cycles, and communication structures
Requirements
- Location: Arnhem, Netherlands with hybrid work setup
- Experience: 8+ years in senior advisory, strategy, chief of staff, or similar roles
- Skills: High discretion, integrity, political sensitivity, and strong communication
- Organizational fit: Comfortable in fast-growing SaaS organizations and aligned with company values
