What you will do

• Prepare decision documents, meeting agendas, and background materials for leadership discussions
• Collect, structure, and synthesize input from teams to support strategic and operational choices
• Outline scenarios, risks, and dependencies to improve decision-making quality
• Document decisions, agreements, and next steps and ensure visible follow-up
• Track progress of key initiatives and signal delays, risks, or misalignment early
• Support preparation of board materials, investor updates, and strategic briefings
• Maintain clear leadership processes, planning cycles, and communication structures

Requirements

• Location: Arnhem, Netherlands with hybrid work setup
• Experience: 8+ years in senior advisory, strategy, chief of staff, or similar roles
• Skills: High discretion, integrity, political sensitivity, and strong communication
• Organizational fit: Comfortable in fast-growing SaaS organizations and aligned with company values
