What you will do

• Lead technical deployment and integration of hirify.global for large clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Design and execute implementation plans collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Configure and adapt the platform including APIs, SSO, cloud storage, and hybrid setups.
• Operate media ingest and archive migrations, troubleshooting technical issues as primary contact.
• Build trusted relationships with client technical teams and run technical workshops.
• Develop deployment playbooks, identify bottlenecks, and improve internal processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be located in North America (United States or Canada) and work fully remote.
• 5+ years in technical roles such as deployment or solutions engineering in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Strong skills with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and networking/security basics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
