What you will do

  • Lead hands-on sales by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with top mobile game publishers, focusing on the US top 100 studios.
  • Build and own go-to-market strategy including market segmentation, account prioritization, and outbound pipeline management.
  • Communicate strategic value of the platform to game developers to boost monetization and user engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to refine the platform based on publisher feedback.
  • Drive sales excellence by optimizing conversion rates and scaling sales processes.

Requirements

  • On-site presence in Berlin, Germany required.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development with hands-on cold outreach and deal closing.
  • Strong strategic go-to-market and data-driven prospecting skills.
  • Experience working with mid-to-large mobile game studios, ideally top-tier publishers.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
