What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to originate business and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Understand competition to better position hirify.global’s banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, and product upselling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional presentations and meetings.
• Provide feedback to technology and product managers and originate new business via networking.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brussels or able to work onsite
• Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management with an established network.
• Experience in FX institutions, commercial banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporates.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
