What you will do

• Tackle complex product challenges considering technical constraints, business goals, and user workflows in legal tech.
• Own projects end-to-end with autonomy and proactively improve user experience and product outcomes.
• Articulate design decisions clearly based on user insights, business goals, and system constraints.
• Communicate regularly to foster an open and collaborative design culture.
• Create and maintain accessibility standards ensuring inclusive product experiences.
• Lead or co-lead strategic design initiatives shaping design systems and direction.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and interaction design.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Location: Hybrid work in Makati City, Philippines.
• English: Native or near-native proficiency required.
