Revenue Data & Insights Analyst (Data Analytics): Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and predictive analytics to support sales forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue process adoption with an accent on data quality, governance, and AI-enabled process improvements. Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 USD (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Build and maintain actionable sales dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI and CRM systems.
• Design and deliver weekly/monthly insights packages for sales leadership and frontline managers.
• Develop predictive analytics and early risk indicators to improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy.
• Own data hygiene and governance processes across CRM and revenue systems, leveraging AI to enhance data quality.
• Support strategic planning, quota setting, and regional leadership reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, IT, and Data teams to align KPIs and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (excluding Hawaii) and able to work remotely.
• 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or IT services.
• Expertise in CRM reporting (Salesforce or MS Dynamics), Power BI, Excel, and data modeling.
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cadences.
• Familiarity with cloud economics and reseller business models preferred.
• Occasional travel (~10%) required.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posted in English).

Nice to have

• Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and row-level security.
• Strong Excel skills with PowerQuery and complex formulas.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Data governance and hygiene process experience.
