DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

DevOps Engineer (Fintech/AWS): Designing and implementing Development Operations standards around major assets with an accent on architecture reviews, security audits, and process improvement. Focus on collaboration with product teams to define requirements and drive DevOps practices.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Limassol, Cyprus, requiring presence in the office. A remote work option is available for up to 6 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Design and implement Development Operations standards around all major assets.
• Participate in Architecture Reviews and Security audits.
• Contribute to the improvement of development operations processes.
• Work with the product team to ensure that requirements are clearly defined.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Fintech, specifically in Trading platforms and architectures.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Blue/Green Deployment, Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform).
• Deep knowledge of the AWS technology stack.
• Strong experience in agile development.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
