Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid with offices in London, Athens, and Cyprus; flexible remote work with encouragement for at least 2 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Operate, secure, and scale infrastructure on GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis
• Automate infrastructure management using Terraform
• Ensure accurate system performance metrics with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
• Optimize and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows
• Participate in incident response and system troubleshooting to prevent future incidents
• Build and maintain developer experience tooling and collaborate cross-functionally to improve SOPs

Requirements

• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• 1+ years experience in software engineering, DevOps, or system administration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and CI/CD tools
• Strong foundational knowledge of GNU/Linux, Git CLI, and basic networking
• Experience with Python and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Analytical and troubleshooting mindset with passion for continuous improvement
