What you will do

• Oversee and manage the global Academy learning portfolio.
• Drive development of the Academy global learning portfolio aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate and align with stakeholders and internal learning organizations.
• Evaluate learning program success using metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing complex projects in a global company.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and spoken).
• Strong collaboration and strategic mindset.
