Location: Milan, Italy with hybrid work format including 2 days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during summer and December

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling hirify.global solutions to restaurants in your portfolio
  • Negotiate favorable conditions to optimize restaurant margins and seat occupancy
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships as primary contact
  • Support clients via email and phone on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional plans and campaigns
  • Monitor compliance with terms and quality policies to ensure excellent B2C user experience

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy
  • Language: Native Italian and fluent English required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management or relevant sales role
  • Proficient with GSuite and Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable with phone conversations
  • Analytical and creative mindset with ability to manage multiple projects and KPIs

Nice to have

  • Experience in Internet/Tech industry
  • Experience pitching and selling promotions or flash sales
  • Handling large portfolios and high volume of outbound/inbound calls
