What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Host online meetings to review client progress and desired outcomes.
- Identify, qualify, and resolve issues, collaborating with internal departments.
- Contribute to revenue growth by upselling and uplifting client contracts.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.
- Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets individually and as a team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience within a client-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success is required.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.
- Experience interacting with Director Level individuals.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering and meeting targets.
