What you will do

• Own the full recruitment cycle from job ad creation to offer closure
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently using ATS
• Apply a commercial mindset to engage top candidates
• Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes
• Collaborate with Employer Branding team on recruitment events and campaigns
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job profiles and hiring strategies

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across departments
• Strong partnership mindset and collaboration skills with hiring managers
• Comfortable using ATS and data metrics to drive recruitment performance
• Curiosity and understanding of AI and tech landscape
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
