What you will do

• Design and engineer agentic and multimodal AI systems combining creativity, data, and automation
• Develop end-to-end GenAI workflows integrating LLMs, visual AI systems, and enterprise stacks
• Connect visual generation interfaces with backend systems and APIs for marketing and content production
• Prototype, validate, and scale AI-driven experiences from concept to production
• Define AI engineering standards for prompting, evaluation, observability, and ethical guardrails
• Provision and set up on-premises servers and cloud solutions for GenAI tools
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams to evolve AI-first innovation culture

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong software engineering experience in Python and/or TypeScript
• Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks, tools, and protocols including agentic architectures
• Experience integrating visual AI tools like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Google Imagen, or Adobe Firefly
• Experience integrating text-based AI APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama
• Competence in infrastructure setup with Docker, Terraform, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Nice to have

• Experience with IBM watsonx / Watson AI or related enterprise AI ecosystems
• German language skills
