What you will do

• Review merchant applications and verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform first-level KYC/KYB and compliance checks before escalation.
• Set up merchant accounts in payment gateway and support go-live activities.
• Monitor daily transactions, investigate errors and declines, and review operational activity.
• Handle chargebacks, assist with reconciliation, and support settlement tasks.
• Perform basic underwriting and operational risk assessments for new merchants.

Requirements

• Must have 1–3+ years experience in payment operations or fintech operations.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways and transaction monitoring.
• Understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, and first-line compliance processes.
• Experience with chargebacks, reconciliation, or settlement operations.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
