What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend and fullstack components of a regulated financial platform.
- Work with NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React to build secure and compliant services.

- Lead improvements and align with strategic technology initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly within the team.
Requirements
- Location: Poland with fully remote work.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency required.
- 7+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development with a strong backend focus.
- Strong proficiency in NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL; React experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-oriented manner.
