What you will do

• Design, build, and continuously improve the VRM platform powering customer service and product integrations.
• Drive migration projects replacing legacy solutions with custom integrations.
• Ensure platform adaptability for new product launches.
• Improve service quality and implement new features.
• Collaborate with Product, Analysts, and engineering teams to shape new features.
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of backend development experience using Golang
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, and Kafka
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Previous fintech or banking application experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
