What you will do
- Serve as a long-term strategic partner for assigned enterprise accounts, driving adoption and business transformation.
- Build territory and account plans to define acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Engage new users and trials to expand use cases and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to inform growth strategies and achieve pipeline and revenue quotas.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English, spoken and written.
- 5+ years of closing experience in a tech/SaaS company with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to engage CxO and VP/GM-level stakeholders and strong prospecting and territory planning skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and opportunity qualification methodologies like MEDDPIC.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively in a growing team.
