What you will do

• Own and execute the overall test strategy for software platforms including mobile, backend, and data systems.
• Lead and mentor a software test team fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, data science, and product teams to align on quality standards.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor test coverage and release readiness.
• Introduce AI-assisted testing methods and advanced analytics to enhance test effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Helsinki, Finland
• Proven experience leading software testing teams in product-driven environments.
• Strong hands-on skills in test automation and scripting with Python.
• Experience with mobile app testing (iOS & Android), API testing, and cloud backend testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
• Experience with AI/LLM-driven dev/test tools and validating AI/ML-enabled consumer features.
