Financial Analyst (SaaS)
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to build and maintain financial models that support go-to-market strategies, long-term planning, and key business decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, retention, expansion, gross margin
- Prepare monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build financial models and run scenario analysis
- Ensure data accuracy across HubSpot, Stripe, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Data, and department leads to optimize performance
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Hands-on experience in SaaS / subscription-based businesses
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel
- Solid financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP is a plus
- Experience with BI / data visualization tools (LookerStudio, Power BI, Tableau)
- English level: B2+
