TL;DR

Location: Los Angeles, United States with 50% travel required

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 base + OTE $150,000+

What you will do

  • Prospect relentlessly to generate new district relationships through outbound outreach and local presence.
  • Lead consultative first meetings to uncover needs and excite stakeholders about new math approaches.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to deliver demos and close deals.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and local events to expand visibility in the territory.
  • Build and execute a personal plan to exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, United States
  • Sales experience preferred, especially in education sales, or proven hunger and resilience in sales-intensive roles.
  • Competitive drive and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial energy with willingness to travel ~50%.
  • Curiosity about education and ability to learn pedagogy.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building in a startup environment.
