Location: Remote (United States) with up to 25% travel.
Salary: $120,000–$165,000 a year.

What you will do
- Own the full technical onboarding process, including authentication, network configuration, and Zus App integration.
- Configure secure transmission and ingestion of patient rosters, and data mart setup for analytics.
- Translate customer business requirements into system configurations and architecture within the platform.
- Lead end-to-end implementation project management, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and devising mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, hosting regular progress reviews and deep dives.
- Collaborate with internal product development and account management teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and experience integrating with EMRs (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth).
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data ingestion pipelines (ETL, JSON, CSV).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake), including database schema design and query optimization.
- Proficiency in technical debugging, problem-solving, data scripting (preferably Python), and SQL programming.
- Experience with secure environments and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
- Must be based in the United States and possess the ability to travel up to 25% for customer engagements, events, and company meetings.
