What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with white-label partners (Programme Managers).
• Act as the main point of contact between external partners and hirify.global’s internal teams (onboarding, compliance, operations).
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Provide continuous support to partners regarding compliance, operational processes, or system functionalities.
• Identify and recommend improvements within the partner relationship management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree level education preferred.
• Previous experience in a relationship management or client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
