Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

• Build and execute content strategy across multiple formats (video, web, email, newsletters).
• Lead social media strategy and execution across channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit).
• Optimize content for AI SEO and performance, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Manage content calendar, balancing product storytelling and thought leadership.
• Create or source short-form video content and track industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate features into customer-first narratives.
• Use analytics to report, optimize, and refine content performance weekly.
• Build relationships with creators, engineers, customers, and influencers.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media for a mid-to-large-sized B2B brand (bonus if in supply chain, tech, or robotics).
• Proven ability to tell compelling stories, making complex ideas simple and shareable.
• Background in copywriting with an eye for brand tone and message clarity.
• Fluency in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong POV on what makes content work, and the skills to direct, edit, or inspire it.
• Comfort with social tools and basic familiarity with analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI-powered answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Strong understanding of audience dynamics, knowing how to speak to different audiences.
• Willing and able to work from our Charlestown, MA offices at least 3 times per week.

• Previously managed UGC, influencer, or ambassador programs.
• Experience working with agencies or freelancers.
