What you will do

• Feed, maintain, and improve databases for communication tools, ensuring clean and reliable data.
• Support complex communication campaigns and custom segmentations for the Marketing team.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategy optimization.
• Administer and provide technical/operational support for webinars and in-person trainings.
• Optimize inbound lead processes, improving lead quality and handover mechanisms.
• Maintain and grow the global contact database, ensuring data consistency and compliance.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support the implementation of internal tools and automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related data-driven field.
• Strong interest in process optimization, marketing technology, CRM governance, and data analytics.
• Experience or willingness to learn structured datasets, segmentation logic, and campaign data models.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
