What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements into detailed solution designs using established methodologies.
- Lead technical direction and ensure optimal solution design aligned with customer needs and best practices.
- Oversee review and validation of new developments and existing products for seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions.
- Manage customer solution design engagements including statements of work and third-party coordination.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Resolve complex solution challenges, lead root cause analysis, and manage escalations.
- Identify risks proactively and implement controls ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Location: Must be comfortable with hybrid work model requiring 3 days in office in specified UK cities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in low-level design and automation.
- Expertise in Cisco routing and switching, Fortigate firewalls, and multi-vendor environments.
- Customer-focused approach with ability to manage post-sale implementation lifecycle.
- Risk management and mitigation ownership.
