What you will do

• Build AI developer tool features such as code review assistants, test generators, and deployment diagnostics
• Implement integrations with LLM APIs including prompt engineering and performance optimization
• Contribute to platform infrastructure enabling rapid deployment of AI tools
• Support adoption of AI-native development tools across the engineering organization
• Write well-tested, high-quality code and maintain production AI systems
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and participate in team activities and documentation

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 2+ years experience building backend systems or developer tools with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python and understanding of data structures and design patterns
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and eagerness to learn LLM APIs and AI agent development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems or microservices
• Good communication skills for remote asynchronous work and ability to document technical decisions

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience with AI/ML technologies or LLM APIs
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• Experience with Kubernetes, hirify.global, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tools
• Contributions to open source or personal AI projects
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education
