What you will do

• Write and review high-quality code following best practices.
• Translate client business use cases into technical designs and guide developers accordingly.
• Identify and select optimal technical solutions meeting client requirements.
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation.
• Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Develop overall solutions and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Oracle, Oracle WebLogic Server, IBM WebSphere ESB.
• Proficient in microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, preferably AKS).
• Knowledge of NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and API testing tools (Postman).
• Adherence to Agile best practices.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk and NewRelic.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude.
