Senior Backend Developer (Elixir): Building and evolving an analytics platform for HR and talent management with an accent on turning data into reliable, scalable insights and improving backend performance. Focus on designing solutions, implementing new functionality, and actively improving code quality and maintainability within a data-intensive product.

Location: Remote, with a primary base in Poland. You can work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

Salary: For B2B: 20.000 - 28.000 PLN + VAT per month; For an employee contract: 16.600 PLN - 23.200 PLN per month.

• Build and evolve the analytics platform that powers reporting across Recruitee and hirify.global HR.
• Work hands-on throughout the entire product lifecycle from shaping ideas to shipping to production.
• Collaborate to build systems that turn data into reliable, scalable insights.
• Actively improve backend performance, code quality, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong skills in a backend programming language, preferably Elixir.
• Demonstrated product thinking, focusing on solving the right problems and making tradeoffs.
• Rock-solid database and PostgreSQL skills, including thoughtful schema design and efficient querying.
• Effective use of AI in your daily work to learn and deliver faster.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and good command of English (B2).
