Salary: $196,000–$220,500 USD + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Lead data science strategy and execution for the GTM squad, partnering with Product, Sales, and Engineering leadership.
  • Build analytical foundations for hirify.global's next-generation ad products using first-party and strategic third-party data.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop learning agendas, experimentation plans, and solutions to drive product-market fit.
  • Lead cross-functional data projects to deepen understanding of users, communities, and advertiser performance.
  • Evaluate product/vertical performance, run experimentation, identify improvements, and share learnings with peers and executives.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives with 80/20 thinking, championing user privacy and data governance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of data science experience in ads tech, with a preference for gaming, social media, or community platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the ads tech ecosystem, including auction-based delivery systems, real-time bidding, and audience data integrations.
  • 4+ years of experience building performant dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar software.
  • 4+ years experience writing excellent SQL with proficiency in big data platforms.
  • 3+ years of experimentation expertise, designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests for large-scale consumer products.
  • Experience with incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and campaign effectiveness measurement in privacy-first environments.

  • Background in privacy-preserving technologies and ethical advertising practices.
  • Direct experience translating technical capabilities into compelling sales narratives.
  • Experience with analytics for social media, gaming platforms, including familiarity with social graphs.
