Senior Product Designer (AI): Shaping how Genesy’s AI-driven product is conceived, designed, and delivered, with an accent on raising design maturity and owning end-to-end customer journeys. Focus on strengthening discovery, problem framing, influencing strategy, and elevating design as a first-class input into product decision-making.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, 4 days per week in the office. Remote work for two weeks in August is allowed from anywhere.

What you will do

• Improve discovery and problem framing processes, ensuring clear understanding of problems before execution.
• Lead design for at least one major product initiative from discovery through delivery, collaborating across squads.
• Influence product direction, align senior stakeholders, and help establish design as a first-class input.
• Evolve the design system and mentor the junior Product Designer to raise overall design standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level Product Designer combining strong craft with product thinking and influence.
• Strong product thinking and customer centricity, understanding user needs, business goals, and constraints.
• High-quality interaction and visual design craft, with experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
• Clear communication skills to articulate design rationale and trade-offs, and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Open to work at our office 4 days per week in Barcelona.
