What you will do

• Lead a distributed team of UX Designers, providing coaching, performance management, and guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define UX strategy and ensure strong alignment with product goals.
• Uphold the product vision and UX pillars, establishing design principles and quality standards.
• Review and critique design work at all stages, providing actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with the Research team to build and maintain a user research and validation strategy.
• Interpret player data and KPIs with analytics partners to guide UX decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX design experience, with extensive work on mobile products.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing UX teams and developing talent.
• Track record of shaping UX strategy and driving successful execution in ambiguous or complex environments.
• Strong understanding of research methods, product analytics, and live-ops KPIs.
• Expertise in UX tools including Figma, Miro, and Google Workspace.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.
