Senior Product Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Senior Product Specialist (Cybersecurity): Responsible for growing hirify.globalOne (CF1) revenue and product adoption, serving as the segment lead for CF1 sales. With an accent on advising sales leaders on opportunities, enabling account executives, and supporting strategic deals from discovery to close. Focus on presenting to strategic customers as an expert, aligning C-Level perceived business value, and leading New Product Introduction with a sales lens.

Location: Hybrid. Must be located in either Austin, TX or one of hirify.global's eastern U.S. Hubs.

What you will do

• Grow hirify.globalOne (CF1) revenue and product adoption as the segment lead for CF1 sales.
• Advise sales leaders on opportunities and programs to grow CF1 revenue.
• Partner with technical sales teams and enable account executives on product positioning and competitive intelligence.
• Support strategic deals from discovery to close and grow partner engagement around CF1.
• Present to strategic customers as an expert on SASE, SSE, and Email solutions, aligning business value with hirify.global solutions.
• Generate feedback loops with various internal teams (PM, PMM, Demand Generation) and lead New Product Introduction with a sales lens.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience selling or supporting cyber security, networking, identity management, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
• Technical expertise in SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, SD-WAN, and Email Security.
• Experience building territory plans, prospecting, and introducing new products/services.
• Knowledge of key market players/competitors in software-defined networking, zero trust, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong verbal/written communication, and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
