What you will do

• Lead security operations, incident response, and threat identification initiatives.
• Develop and implement industry-standard cyber controls and threat analytics.
• Drive end-to-end remediation of security vulnerabilities and mature operational security processes.
• Enhance the Cloud security framework and drive DevSecOps adoption across the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT infrastructure and ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in information security, including Security Management, Cloud Security Architectures, Risk Assessment, and Operational Security.
• Proven track record of managing, inspiring, and motivating a team of IT and security professionals.
• Possess one or more industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, or SABSA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current cloud platforms, services, and security best practices for their protection.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, COBIT) and legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PIPEDA).
