Salary: $119,000–$161,000 (base salary range), with total on-target earnings of $148,750–$201,250

What you will do
- Design and deliver technical product training for Solution Consultants, Account Executives, SDRs, and Partners.
- Author compelling product demonstration narratives and maintain associated demo environments.
- Build ongoing enablement content that translates R&D workflows into business value.
- Own competitive intelligence programs, including battlecards, competitor deep-dives, and win/loss analysis.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop enablement programs for new product launches.
- Create onboarding curriculum for new GTM hires, focusing on biotech R&D workflows, platform architecture, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in life sciences (molecular biology, biochemistry, genomics, or related discipline).
- 3+ years of hands-on bench scientist experience in biotech, biopharma, or academic research.
- Deep knowledge of hirify.global's platform and/or direct competitor products (Dotmatics, Revvity Signals, Sapio, etc.).
- Demonstrated aptitude for selling or influencing, through presentations or cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills to make complex scientific concepts accessible.
- Ability to build enablement programs from scratch, including content creation and curriculum design.
Nice to have
- Prior work in enablement, training development, or instructional design.
- Track record of competitive intelligence work or supporting complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message).
- Experience with enablement platforms (FlockJay, Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly) and learning management systems.
