What you will do
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes.
- Craft success plans with agreed-upon scope, metrics, and timelines.
- Monitor customer health, proactively identify issues, and mitigate risks.
- Act as the main escalation point for business and technical issues.
- Own and execute contract renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Managers to drive value.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS company.
- Technical acumen in IT such as User Access Management, authentication, device management, MDM, or security preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
- Required to speak and write English fluently.
