What you will do
- Build and scale comprehensive campaign performance reporting for advertisers and internal teams
- Design executive dashboards to provide visibility into marketplace health and inventory trends
- Partner with Data Engineering to define metrics, ensure data quality, and develop scalable pipelines
- Build automated monitoring and alerting systems for campaign performance issues
- Create self-serve data assets in BigQuery and Looker for Sales, Account Management, and Product teams
- Develop documentation and training materials to enable analytics self-service for 100+ stakeholders
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of data science analytics experience in ads tech, digital marketing analytics, or business intelligence
- Excellent SQL skills with experience on large-scale datasets
- 3+ years building production dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Deep familiarity with campaign reporting metrics and ads delivery fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work
- Clear communication skills for documentation and training
Nice to have
- Active hirify.global user or knowledge of gaming and creator communities
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms and ads serving infrastructure
- Python/R skills for data manipulation and automation
- Knowledge of privacy regulations impacting ads measurement
- Experience with attribution methodologies and conversion tracking
