What you will do

• Create and innovate cutting-edge security service offerings, methodologies, and checklists.
• Collaborate globally with a network of over 450 top-tier penetration testers.
• Conduct deep security research to identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and mitigation strategies.
• Publish research through whitepapers, blogs, and conferences.
• Engage with the security community and develop security tools to advance ethical hacking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of penetration testing or relevant experience.
• Prior experience in security research.
• Proven experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelining, and independent project deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting at security events.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for security trends, CTF participation, and ongoing research.

Nice to have

• Red teaming and IoT experience.
• Experience building service offerings.
• Presented research at cybersecurity conferences.
• Published technical papers in cybersecurity.
